Replace throttle valve module

Remove

1.	Open bonnet

Disconnect earth cable from battery

•	Slacken nut

3.	Lower vehicle

Remove air cleaner housing (4) with air intake pipe (2)

•	Disconnect intake air temperature wiring harness plug (3)

•	Unscrew bolt (1)

•	Release clamp

•	Detach air intake pipe

Detach coolant hoses, throttle valve body (1) and (2)

•	Place collecting basin underneath.

•	Undo 2 clamps

6.	Disconnect throttle valve body wiring harness plug (4)

Detach throttle valve body from intake manifold

•	Unscrew 4x bolts (3)

Install

Attach throttle valve body to intake manifold with new gasket

•	Clean sealing surface

•	Tighten 4x bolt 8 Nm

9.	Connect wiring harness plug, throttle valve body

10.

Attach coolant hoses to throttle valve body

•	Attach 2x clamps

11.

Install air cleaner housing

•	Tighten bolt

•	Fasten clamp 3.5 Nm

•	Attach air intake pipe

•	Disconnect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness plug

12.	Check coolant level and correct if necessary.

13.	Close bonnet
