Replace Power Sounder (Vauxhall only)

1.   Disconnect battery.
2.   Remove windscreen trim seal (1)
3.   Remove wiper arms (2)
•   Remove 2x cover
•   Unscrew 2x nut
•   Remove 2x washer
•   Pull off wiper arm using KM-6626-30
•   Detach hose for wash/wipe system

4.   Remove windscreen casing (1)
•   Lift windscreen casing in vicinity of front wall
Important:   Carefully unclip clips from inside from upper front wall mounting
•   Undo 5x clip (3)
•   Remove hose for screen wash system (2)

5.   Remove Power Sounder
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (1)
•   Unscrew 2x nut (2)
•   Remove Power Sounder

  Install

6.   Install Power Sounder
•   Position Power Sounder
•   Tighten 2x nut
•   Connect wiring harness plug
7.   Attach windscreen trim
•   Fit hose for screen wash system
•   Clip in 5x clip
8.   Install screen wiper arms
•   Place 2x windscreen wiper arm on shaft
Note:   Ensure correct installation position of screen wiper arms!
•   Install 2x washer
•   Tighten 2x nut 17 Nm
•   Fit 2x cover
9.   Fit windscreen trim seal
10.   Connect battery.
11.   Program volatile memories
