Generator and Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement

EN-6130 Fixing Pin

For equivalent regional tools refer to Special Tools .

1.	Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.	If equipped, remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .

3.	If equipped, remove the front compartment splash shield. Refer to Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement .

4.	If equipped, remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .

5.	Tension the drive belt tensioner (2).

5.1

Install a wrench (3) to the tensioner bolt.

5.2

Push the drive belt tensioner clockwise until the EN-6130 fixing pin (1) can be installed to the bore.

6.	Remove the generator and air conditioning compressor belt (1).

1.	Install the generator and air conditioning compressor belt (1).

2.	Tension the drive belt tensioner (2).

2.1

Install a wrench (3) to the tensioner bolt.

2.2

Push the drive belt tensioner clockwise until the EN-6130 fixing pin (1) can be removed from the bore.

2.3

Release the drive belt tensioner.

3.	If equipped, install the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .

4.	If equipped, install the front compartment splash shield. Refer to Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement .

5.	If equipped, install the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .

6.	Lower the vehicle.
