Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .

2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose clamp from the oil filler tube (2).
3. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose clamp from the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator (1).
4. Unclip the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose (3) from the retainer clip.
5. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose (3).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose (3).
2. Install the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose clamp to the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator (1).
3. Install the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose clamp to the oil filler tube (2).
4. Clip in the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator hose (3) to the retainer clip.
5. Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
