Exhaust Manifold Disassemble (1.7L Diesel LPL, LPV and LUB)

1. Remove the 3 exhaust manifold nuts (4).
2. Remove the exhaust manifold (1) from the turbocharger.
3. Remove the gasket (7).
4. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe bolt (2) and the 2 seal rings.
5. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe (3).
6. Remove the clamp (6) and the turbocharger oil return hose (5).
