Intake Manifold Assemble (1.7L Diesel LPL, LPV and LUB)

1. Install the bracket (5).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2. Install the bracket bolt (6) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in) .
3. Install the vacuum regulator (8).
4. Install the 2 vacuum regulator bolts (7) and tighten.
5. Install the turbocharger pressure sensor (3). Use a NEW seal ring (4).
6. Install the 2 turbocharger pressure sensor bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in) .

7. Install the intake manifold bracket (2).
8. Install the 2 intake manifold bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft) .
9. Install the throttle body (3). Use a NEW gasket.
10. Install the 4 throttle body bolts (4) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in) .
