Intake Manifold Cleaning and Inspection (1.7L Diesel LPL, LPV and LUB)

1.	Clean the sealing surfaces (1) and (2) from old gasket material.

2.	Inspect the intake manifold for cracks and fractures.

3.	Inspect the intake manifold vacuum actuator mechanism (3) for practicability.

4.	If the intake manifold vacuum actuator mechanism is not practicable or if there are any cracks or fractures, replace the intake manifold.
