Intake Manifold Disassemble (1.7L Diesel LPL, LPV and LUB)

Remove the 2 intake manifold
bracket bolts (1). |

Remove the intake manifold
bracket (2). |
| 3. |
Remove the 4 throttle body
bolts (4). |
| 4. |
Remove the throttle body (3)
and the throttle body gasket. |
| 5. |
Remove the 2 turbocharger
pressure sensor bolts (2). |
| 6. |
Remove the turbocharger
pressure sensor (3) and the seal ring (4) from the intake manifold
(1). |
| 7. |
Remove the bracket bolt
(6). |
| 8. |
Remove the bracket (5).

Remove the 2 vacuum regulator
bolts (7). |
| 10. |
Remove the vacuum regulator
(8). |
