Upper Oil Pan Installation

Clean the sealing
surfaces. |

Note: Refer to
electronic parts catalogue to find a suitable sealing compound.

Apply sealing compound to the
upper oil pan. |
| 3. |
Install the upper oil pan
(1). |
| 4. |
Install the 10 short upper oil
pan bolts (3) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb
in) . |
| 5. |
Install the 4 long upper oil
pan bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb
in) . |
| 6. |
Install the 2 upper oil pan
nuts (4) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in)
. |
