Engine Flywheel Installation

•	EN-652 Fixing Tool

•	EN-45059 Torque Angle Sensor Kit

For equivalent regional tools refer to Special Tools .

1.	Install EN-652 fixing tool in order to fix the engine flywheel.

2.	Recut the 8 threads in the crankshaft.

3.	Install the engine flywheel (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Caution: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution .

4.	Install 8 NEW engine flywheel bolts (2) and tighten in the following order:

4.1

Tighten the bolts to 85 N·m (63 lb ft) .

4.2

Tighten to an additional 30° using the EN-45059 torque angle sensor .

4.3

Tighten to an additional 15° using the EN-45059 torque angle sensor .

5.	Remove EN-652 fixing tool .
