Clutch Actuator Cylinder Installation

DT-6157 Assembly Sleeve

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools

1.	Clean the clutch actuator cylinder threads.

2.	Install a NEW clutch actuator cylinder seal (3).

3.	Install DT-6157 assembly sleeve (2) during the installation procedure to avoid damage of the seal ring (arrow) and remove after the procedure.

4.	Install the clutch actuator cylinder (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

5.	Install the 3 clutch actuator cylinder bolts (1) and tighten to 5 N·m (44 lb in) .
