DEFECTIVE TOOTH ON WHEEL SENSOR

01, 02

·   Differing gear assemblies are recognized.

·   The fault is recognized if the filtered speed of one wheel is at least 25% above the speed of the other wheels for longer than 120 s.

     or

·   the slippage at one wheel is > 4.5 % for longer than 120 s.

 

On fault recognition, the ABS is switched off and the ABS telltale is switched on.
