Axle Shaft Seal Ring in Main Case Cover,
Replace
Remove left front wheel.
Raise vehicle.
Remove axle shaft from transmission - see operation "Transmission, Remove" in this group.
Note: Tie spring strut to axle shaft.
Remove dust protection ring.
Remove axle shaft seal with Special Tool KM-469-A.
Note: To get better support, place suitable block of wood underneath.
Drive in new seal with Special Tool KM-519.
Insert dust protection ring.
Install axle shaft on transmission.
Lower vehicle.
Install left front wheel.
