Install
Screw
new tie rod end on to adjustment pin and tighten - observe prescribed torque.
Note different left and right versions (looking in
direction of travel).
Right hand version is marked "R".
Screw in to same depth as tie rod.
The ball joint is maintenance free.
Fasten
tie rod end to steering arm - observe prescribed torque.
Use new self-locking nut.
Adjust
toe-out (see operation in Group E).
