Front Fuel Tank Degassing Line, Remove and
Install
 Remove
| 1. |
Disconnect front fuel tank degassing line (1) from centre fuel
tank degassing line
| • |
disconnect with KM-796 at
quick-release fitting (4)
|
|
| 2. |
Seal fuel tank centre degassing line using KM-807 .
|
| 3. |
Unclip front fuel tank degassing line from brackets (arrows)
and from bracket at spring strut dome (2)
|
| 4. |
Detach front fuel tank degassing line from front fuel tank
degassing hose (3)
| • |
Remove with KM-796 at quick-release
fitting
|
| • |
Remove front degassing line for fuel tank
Note: Bottom
illustration shows vehicle without engine or front axle bodies

Install
| 5. |
Position fuel tank degassing line
| • |
clip into brackets (arrows) and bracket on spring strut dome
(2)
Note: Follow layout in
illustration.

| 6. |
Attach front degassing line (1) for fuel tank
| • |
attach (1) to front fuel tank degassing line (4)
|
| • |
attach (1) to front fuel tank degassing hose (3) with
quick-release fitting
Note: Quick release
fittings must engage perceptibly.
