Servo Motor – Headlamp Range Control (Bosch Version), Remove and Install

  Remove

2.   Remove servo motor •   Remove servo motor cover (1) •   Saw off with hacksaw at the sides (2), cut off with the blade at the edge (3)

3.   Lift cover, servo motor is located in the cover, and release the servo motor shaft (1) 4.   Lift cover with servo motor

5.   Release wiring harness plug (1) and disconnect 6.   Lay servo motor and cover aside 7.   De-burr sawn edges (2) and cut edges (2)

  Install

8.   Screw servo motor (2) firmly into cover (1) •   Tighten 2x long bolt (3)

9.   Insert seal ring (1) 10.   Insert wiring harness plug (2) into servo motor 11.   Insert servo motor shaft into lock (3)

12.   Replace cover with servo motor (1) •   Tighten 4x bolt (2)
