·   Deployment transistors within control unit defective

or

     Electronic acceleration sensor within control unit defective

·   Above conditions must be fulfilled for 0.5 to 15 s

Effects:

·   The system telltale is switched on.

Note:

The control can recognize other internal control unit faults, which lead to trouble code 55 being stored. At the same time, however, the communication between the control unit and TECH 1 is interrupted if any of these faults occur.
