Control Unit, 4 - speed Automatic Transmission

The control unit is located in the left footwell. The control unit functions of the AR 25 / 35 correspond on the whole to those familiar from the Omega - A / Carlton and Senator - B.

Important modifications to the control unit:

-      Adapted characteristic maps.

-      New trouble codes.

-      Stored trouble codes remain intact after disconnection.

Readout of trouble codes is now only possible with TECH 1, the diagnostic plug is located in the fuse box.

There is now only one control unit for all vehicles with petrol engines. On replacement, this control unit must be coded for the relevant engine.
