Step 7 - Filler Primer  

Water-soluble filler primer is applied with an electro-static rotation atomiser system.  

The following procedure is used:  

•  Cleaning  

•  Filler priming  

•  Drying at approx. 160 ° C / 320 ° F / approx. 35 minutes  

 

Advantages of filler primer:     •  Application with rotary atomisers, allowing almost waste-free application.   •  High surface quality.   •  Optimal adhesion on CEDP and PVC.   •  Optimal primer base for the top coat.   •  Damping layer between CEDP and the top coat.
