Seal Side Cover > < Seal Rings for Check Bore Holes (Fluid Pressure), Replace - AF 20/22

Auxiliary Housing Cover, Replace or Seal - AF 20/22  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove cover plate (arrows). Remove auxiliary housing cover (4 bolts, "1").  

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Clean sealing surface at auxiliary housing cover and transmission.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Auxiliary housing cover with sealing compound to transmission (4 bolts, "1") - 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.  

Cover plate (arrows) to side cover and transmission - 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Check level of transmission fluid and correct if necessary - see operation "Transmission Fluid, Check and Correct".
