Remove affected axle shaft from transmission - see operation "Axle Shaft, Remove and Install" and with V6 "Intermediate Shaft, Remove and Install" in group "E". Affected axle shaft seal ring: left side - with MKM- 557 (1). Right side - with suitable mounting lever (2); Do not damage sealing surfaces.
 Install, Connect Drive in new seal ring (lightly coated with transmission fluid) flush using plastic hammer:

Install intermediate shaft (only with V6) and axle shaft - see operations "Intermediate Shaft, Remove and Install" and "Axle Shaft, Remove and Install" in group "E". |
