Shift Linkage, Adjust (F 23)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove centre console cover. Remove gearshift lever cover (1), release both clamping pieces (2).  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Shift the transmission to "idle" position (3). Gearshift lever to "idle" position and lock by pushing in clamp (4). Lock clamping pieces by pressing together (5 - direction of arrow), pull out clamp (6). Install gearshift lever cover and centre console cover.  

Notice: 

When locking the clamping pieces ensure that no gear is engaged in the transmission. This will mean that the clamping pieces will not lock.
