Installing
Installing
–  Carefully remove sealant residue. Ensure that surfaces are not scored or scratched (if abrasive paper is used, grade must not be less than 100).
–  Carefully remove remains of emery and abrasives.
   
–  To centralize, screw guide pins from guide pins -3070- into holes for cylinder head bolts 8 and 10.
–  Position cylinder head gasket. Lettering (Part No.) must be readable.
–  Fit cylinder head, screw in 8 remaining cylinder head bolts and tighten by hand.
–  Unscrew guide pins using removal tool from guide pin -3070- through bolt holes and install cylinder head bolts.
–  Tighten cylinder head in four stages in sequence shown as follows:
–  1. Tighten initially with torque wrench:
Stage I = 40 Nm
Stage II = 60 Nm
–  2. Turn further with rigid wrench:
Stage III = 1/4 turn (90 °)
Stage IV = 1/4 turn (90 °)
