New windows are supplied precoated with PUR. The precoating comprises of items 1, 2 and 3.
1 - Sealing lip
2 - Spacing lip
3 - Area for application of adhesive bead
4 - Window glass
–  Rub down precoating with a dry, lint-free cloth.
  WARNING
Do not prime precoating and do not treat with cleaning agent.

–  Thinly apply activator -D 181 801 A1- using applicator -D 009 500 25--1- (felt pad with holder) only to pre-coating -2- of window.
–  Allow activator -D 181 801 A1- to dry for at least 10 minutes.
  WARNING
Activator -D 181 801 A1- should not come into contact with paintwork, otherwise finish will be damaged.
