Disconnect the front driveshaft tube from the rear tube.

Carefully press the engine transmission assembly forward.

Then tilt the front driveshaft tube out of the rear driveshaft tube flange.

‹› When tilting it out, make sure the front driveshaft tube is tilted downward as little as possible.

Carefully remove the front driveshaft tube from the bevel box output flange centering pins.

‹› The sealing ring - arrow - in the driveshaft flange must not be damaged.

‹› Remove the driveshaft horizontally from the centering pins.

Installing

Install in reverse sequence; note the following points:

‹› The sealing rings in the driveshaft flanges - arrow - must not be damaged when removing and installing.
