General description:
The onboard supply control unit -J519- has the following equipment-specific functions in the vehicle:
t  Adapting acoustic feedback when unlocking
t  Adapting acoustic feedback when locking
t  Activating and deactivating lane change flash
t  Adapting automatic unlocking on removing ignition key
t  Adapting automatic locking at 15 km/h
t  Adapting automatic locking of rear lid at 5 km/h
t  Activate/deactivate parking light on both sides
t  Adapting turn signal cycles of lane change flash
t  Coding onboard supply control unit
t  Adapting unlocking of individual doors
t  Adapting sensitivity of interior monitoring
t  Adapting sensitivity of inclination sensor
t  Deactivating Factory mode
t  Adapting rear window convenience wipe
t  Confirming convenience closing with flashing lights
t  Adapting country setting for intelligent alarm horn
t  Reading measured values of convenience onboard supply control unit
t  Reading measured values of central electrics onboard supply control unit
t  Adapting switch-off delay of interior light
t  Activating and deactivating emergency brake flashing lights
t  Activating and deactivating hazard warning lights.

It depends on the fitted optional equipment whether or not the above-mentioned adaptations can be carried out.
Fault detection and fault display:
The onboard supply control unit -J519- features self-diagnosis to facilitate fault finding.
For fault finding, use vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051A- in „Guided fault finding“ mode.
