t  Removing wedge -3409-
  Note
Removal and installation are described for the left vehicle side. Follow same instructions for the right side as appropriate.
Removing
–  Remove bench seat → Chapter.
–  Remove backrest → Chapter.

–  Unclip side trim -2- where it overlaps with C-pillar trim using removing wedge -3409-.
–  Detach side trim -2- from retaining clips -3-. While doing so, detach trim from door seal beading.
–  Pull side trim upwards until centring drift -1- is freed.
–  Remove side trim.
–  If fitted, disconnect connector from interior monitor switch -E183-.

Installing
  Note
t  Before installing, check all fasteners for damage and renew if necessary.
t  Following installation, ensure that trim is positioned in door seal beading.
–  Install in reverse order of removal.
–  Insert centring drift -1- in mounting and start engaging retaining clips -3-.
