Wastegate: Service and Repair
Diaphragm
Diaphragm Removal/Installation
1.
Remove diaphragm pressure hose.
2.
Remove rod clip.
3.
Remove the two diaphragm nuts.
4.
Remove diaphragm.
5.
Install new diaphragm using new nuts.
6.
Adjust wastegate valve (diaphragm rod), refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.
