Attach diaphragm rod to wastegate valve shaft.

Install diaphragm rod clip.
12.
Install exhaust pipe to turbo charger, start nuts but do not tighten. Use anti-seize on studs.
13.
Install bell housing clamp and tighten.
14.
Tighten exhaust pipe to turbo charger nuts, torque to:
18 ft.lb (25 Nm)
15.
Tighten catalytic converter to exhaust pipe bolts.
16.
Run engine and check boost pressure, refer to TURBO BOOST PRESSURE TEST under TESTING PROCEDURES.
