Remove wheels
Remove:
-
nuts securing anti-roll bar mountings to rear axle member and bolts in support arms
-
anti-roll bar
Mount compression tool 999 5577
Tighten tool lightly on link. See also page 11 in Service Manual, Section 6(65) Multilink Mk II rear suspension, 960 1995-.
Remove:
-
damper lower bolt. Unhook damper from support arm.
Press link up into normal position.
Secure tool with locking pin.
Remove:
-
support arm bolts at front and rear. Also slacken nut at front. Tap out arm from wheel bearing housing.
