Note!
To ensure correct measurements the pressure gauge should always hang vertically in its hook when taking readings. Set the three-way junction
connector handle in its middle position.
Screw out pressure regulator adjusting screw completely.
Connect compressed air to pressure regulator.
Screw in pressure regulator adjustment screw so that the pressure gauge reads the value applicable to the relevant engine, according to the table.
The three-way junction connector has a vent (drilled hole) where it connects to the pressure regulator to facilitate setting the correct pressure.

Checking and adjusting

Push the boost pressure control (BPC) valve lever towards the turbocharger (TC) housing.
The boost pressure control (BPC) valve should be closed.
Check that the boost pressure control (BPC) valve spindle locates on the lever lug.
If necessary adjust boost pressure control (BPC) valve spindle until it locates.
Note!
The boost pressure control (BPC) valve spindle should be mounted on the lever when the lock-nut is adjusted. Twisting the boost pressure control
(BPC) valve spindle will damage the diaphragm in the pressure regulator.
