4. Check for continuity between the display unit connector A terminal No. 14 and fuel gauge sending unit connector terminal No.2.
5. Disconnect gauge assembly connector C.
6. Check for continuity between display unit connector A terminal No.4 and gauge assembly connector C terminal No.6.
Is there continuity?
YES - Check for these problems:

A short to ground in the LT GRN/WHT wire.

A short to ground in the YEL/BLU wire.

A short to ground in the PNK wire.
If the wires are OK, replace the display unit.
NO - Repair open in the wire between gauge assembly connector C terminal No.6 and display unit connector A terminal No.4.
A/C and outside temperature display do not work
1. Check for climate control unit DTCs. If you find any, repair the problem, and clear the DTC before continuing.
2. Disconnect climate control unit connector A and display unit connector B.
3. Check for continuity between display unit connector B terminal No.2 and climate control unit connector A terminal No.16.
Is there continuity?
YES - Go to step 4.
NO - Repair open in the wire between climate control unit connector A terminal No.16 and display connector B terminal No.2.
