RDX L4-2.3L Turbo (2008)
1. Move the left rear seat-back to its normal latched position.
2. Insert a 2 mm feeler gauge between the striker and the top and bottom surfaces of the latch opening:

If the 2 mm feeler gauge won't fit between the striker and the top surface, bend the end of the striker down (see step 3).

If the 2 mm feeler gauge won't fit between the striker and the bottom surface, bend the end of the striker up (see step 3).
