Overcoat Clear Coat Painting
1. Allow enough setting time.
After top coat painting, leave the surface as is for about 10 to 20 minutes, in order to let the solvent evaporate defects from occurring during the
forced drying time.
NOTE: As the setting time changes according to temperature or paint layer thickness, check the paint manufacturer's instructions.
2. Forced drying of top coat paint.

Force dry the surface for about 40 to 60 minutes at a temperature of 154 degree F (70 degree C).

If polished without being well dried, partial lack of luster or white marks occurs. If dried excessively, the paint layer becomes too hand to
easily polished losing its workability.
NOTE: Always refer to the paint manufacturer's instructions.
3. Standing for better adherence (for overcoat clear coating).
Polish the top coat surface (A) with waterproof P1200 to P2000 sandpaper (B), and clean the surface by air blow and fat, oil and grease.
4. Paint overcoat clear coat (A).
WARNING: Avoid contact with skin, wear a respirator, gloves, eye protection, and appropriate clothing when spraying.
