SLX V6-3.2L SOHC (1996)
12. Remove the bolt from the bracket located at the right front of the engine.
13. Remove the bolts from the brackets at the rear of the upper intake manifold.
14. Remove the bolt and the bracket which secure the PCV fresh.air tube.
15. Remove the upper intake manifold mounting nuts from the studs.

There is one nut located on the front of the manifold.

The other nut is located at the rear of the manifold.
16. Remove the long bolts and the short bolts from the upper intake manifold.
17. Remove the upper intake manifold from the engine.

Lift the manifold straight up to avoid damaging mounting studs or mounting holes in the manifold.

Cover the intake openings to prevent debris from entering the engine.
