SYMPTOM
One or both rear speakers are creating static or have stopped working completely.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The electrical leads to the voice coil are loose or have come off

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Inspect the speaker(s) and replace them with the assembly listed under PARTS INFORMATION.
1.
Turn on the radio. Use the fader and balance controls to locate the speaker or speakers that are causing problems. Also listen to an audio tape or
CD to make sure the problem 5 not caused by radio reception.
2.
Once you have confirmed that the problem is in a rear speaker, remove that speaker.
