Cut a 1-inch-by-8-inch piece of EPT sealer 3T. Place the sealer between the moonroof wind deflector and the moonroof pan. Make sure it is
centered. Do not peel the backing off the sealer to adhere it to the roof. Use the sealer as a temporary cushion.
3.
Test-drive the vehicle.

If the noise is gone, go to REPAIR PROCEDURE.

If the noise is still present, continue with normal troubleshooting.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Open the glass fully, and remove the strip of sealer.
2.
Replace the moonroof wind deflector:

In ISIS, enter keyword MOONROOF WIND, and select Moon roof Wind Deflector Replacement.
