U20 Smell of windscreen washer fluid in passenger compartment

When the windscreen wash/wipe is operated, the smell of the washer fluid enters the passenger compartment (failed automatic operation of the recirculation flaps)

Check that the recirculation motor is working properly (with the ignition ON and the climate control OFF, operate the button)

Connect the Examiner and carry out the active diagnosis of the recirculation function

3CORRECT OPERATION CHECK

With the ignition ON and the climate control ON, operate the windscreen washer control and check whether the recirculation is activated

Check that the fault is no longer present
