V10 Sunroof water leaks

When it is raining or after washing, water leaks in through the sunroof

Step	Test procedure	Result	Action
1	CHECK SUNROOF DRAINS Check sunroof drain pipes In particular, ascertain: Condition of pipes; No dirt, leaves, etc. are present	OK	Move onto step 2
1		Dirt in drainage channels	Clean the drainage channels If necessary refit correctly End of diagnosis
2	CHECK SUNROOF SEAL Check sun-roof seal In particular, ascertain: No wrinkles in the seal; Condition of the seal;	OK	Move onto step 3
2		Fitting of seal incorrect	Fit the sealing strip correctly Op. 7030B22 End of diagnosis
3	CHECK SUNROOF ALIGNMENT Check sun-roof installation. In particular, ascertain: Correct sunroof - frame alignment; Correct adherence of seal to roof	OK	Move onto step 4
3		Faulty fitting of the sunroof	Refit the sunroof correctly Op. 7030B54 End of diagnosis
4	CHECK THAT BOLTS SECURING SUNROOF RUNNERS ARE SECURE Check that the bolts fixing the runners to the sunroof frame are secure	OK	Move onto step 5
4		Bolts fitted incorrectly	Restore the correct fixing of the runners Op. 7030B14 End of diagnosis
5	CORRECT OPERATION CHECK Check that the fault is no longer present	OK	Incorrect selection of diagnostic procedure
5		Fault persists	Incorrect selection of diagnostic procedure
