CONNECT NOT WORKING

The Connect screen does not come on (goes on and off sporadically)

0	PRELIMINARY CHECKS	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the Connect system comes on with key on Check the Connect system comes on when the On/Off key is pressed	End of diagnosis	1.Will not come on with the key on	1. Move on to Step 1
		End of diagnosis	2.Will not come on when the button is pressed	2. Move on to Step 1
1	ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CHECK	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Withdraw the Connect from the dashboard. Check connections and wiring continuity Check the condition of the fuse on the Connect body. Check that the correct power supplies are present at the Connect connectors See Test 5580PO CONNECT POWER SUPPLY CHECK	Move on to Step 2	1.Wiring interrupted	1. Renew the blown fuse after ascertaining the cause
			2.No power	2. Restore correct power supply See E4090 INSTRUMENT PANEL AND INDICATORS
			3. Incorrect earth connection	3. Restore the correct earth connection See E4090 INSTRUMENT PANEL AND INDICATORS
2	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check that it is working properly	End of diagnosis	The fault persists	Replace Connect See Test 5580P12 CONNECT PANEL REPLACE
