Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 1048A34 SLEEVE(S) FROM FLOW METER TO AIR SUPPLY CAPACITY CASE - R + R

Op. 1048A28 VACUUM AIR CIRCUIT RESONATOR PIPE - R+R

Op. 1048A14 AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT - REPLACE.

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

Op. 7210A15 R.R. FRONT WING/HEADLAMP HOUSING CROSSMEMBER

- Draw off the power assisted steering fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector for the return pipe from the heat exchanger pipe to the power assisted steering fluid reservoir, heat exchanger pipe side.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector for the intermediate return pipe from the power steering box to the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.

Collect the power assisted steering fluid that comes out in a suitable container.

1. Remove the heat exchanger pipe (1a) after having released it from the fastenings (1b).

Refitting

- Place the heat exchanger pipe in its housing and secure it using the bands.

- Connect the rapid connector for the intermediate return pipe from the power steering box to the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.

- Connect the rapid connector for the return pipe from the heat exchanger pipe to the power assisted steering fluid reservoir, heat exchanger pipe side.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

Removing

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R

Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.

Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

- Draw off the power assisted steering fluid using a suitable syringe.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector connecting the flexible pipe and heat exchanger pipe, left side.

1. Open the clips (1a), disconnect the rapid connector (1b) and remove the heat exchanger pipe (1c).

Refitting

- Place the heat exchanger pipe in its housing and secure it using the clips.

- Connect the rapid connectors for the heat exchanger pipe.

Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

- Draw off the power assisted steering fluid using a suitable syringe.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector connecting the flexible pipe and heat exchanger pipe, left side.

1. Open the clips (1a), disconnect the rapid connector (1b) and remove the heat exchanger pipe (1c).

Refitting

- Place the heat exchanger pipe in its housing and secure it using the clips.

- Connect the rapid connectors for the heat exchanger pipe.
