Variants – 3.0 V6 24VFuel pump and gauge
- Position a hydraulic jack under the fuel tank.
- Loosen the fuel tank metal belts and remove the tank by lowering the hydraulic jack.
FUEL PUMP AND GAUGE
The main parts are:
- electrical fuel pump (1)
- fuel filter (2)
- float gauge (3)
- membrane pressure regulator (4)
- mesh pre-filter (5).
The fuel pump features a permanent magnet electrical motor (1) which controls the pump impeller (2) and a terminal guard (3) which contains the electrical and hydraulic connections.
