Removing and installing centre vent temperature senderG191 - automatically controlled air conditioner
Removing and installing centre vent temperature sender -G191- - automatically controlled air conditioner
  Note
„Read measured values“ in air conditioner „Guided fault-finding“ function → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
   
Removing
–  Remove the dash panel → Rep. gr.70.
–  Remove the centre dash panel vent air duct → Chapter.
–  Turn -arrow- the vent temperature sender -1- anti-clockwise and pull it out of the air duct -2-.
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
–  Replace the sealing ring -3- if damaged or defective.
–  Fit the centre dash panel vent air duct → Chapter.
Perform the following operations on completion of repair work.
–  Interrogate the event recorder and delete any entries displayed → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
