Removing and installing footwell vent temperature senderG192 - automatically controlled air conditioner

Removing and installing footwell vent temperature sender -G192- - automatically controlled air conditioner

Note

„Read measured values“ in air conditioner „Guided fault-finding“ function → Vehicle diagnostic tester.

Removing

–	Remove the dash panel → Rep. gr.70.

–	Remove the central tube → Rep. gr.70.

–	Unplug the connector -2-.

–	Turn the vent temperature sender -3- anti-clockwise and pull it out of the housing.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

–	Replace the sealing ring -1- if damaged or defective.

–	Fit the central tube → Rep. gr.70.

Perform the following operations on completion of repair work.

–	Interrogate the event recorder and delete any entries displayed → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
