General notes
The navigation system version available is the MMI Navigation system plus.
The navigation system is part of the control unit 1 for information electronics -J794- in the dash panel.
The system is operated directly via the unit.
Navigation data are stored on an internal hard disk (HDD).
A chip card reader control unit -J676- with traffic data aerial -R173- (toll) is integrated in the system.
Fault finding is performed via the „Guided Fault Finding“ → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
Aerial wire repairs → Electrical system; Rep. gr.97.
