Note:

The displayed fault information is not constantly updated but only when initiating self-diagnosis or with function 05 "Erase fault memory".

  • ‒ Switch on printer with the Print key (indicator lamp in key illuminates).

Performing function "02 - Interrogate fault memory"

 
→ Indicated on display:
Rapid data transfer     HELP
Select function XX
  • ‒ Press keys -0- and -2-.
 
→ Indicated on display:
Rapid data transfer     Q
02 - Interrogate fault memory
  • ‒ Confirm input with Q key.
 
→ The number of faults stored appears on the display.
X fault recognised     ⇒
  • The stored faults are displayed and printed out one after the other.
  • ‒ Check printout against fault table and rectify all faults as necessary .
 
→ If the message "No fault recognised" is displayed, the program returns to its original status when pressing the ⇒key.
No fault recognised    
 
→ Indicated on display:
Rapid data transfer     HELP
Select function XX

If something else is displayed:

  • ‒ Erase fault memory (function 05) .
  • ‒ End output (function 06) => Page 01-165
  • ‒ Switch off ignition and detach diagnostic connector.
