1Actual feedback value for the potentiometer -G92- (in the temperature flap positioning motor -V68-)
l  Display value greater than “5” and less than “250”
l  Maximum permissible deviation: 3 units from the specified feedback value (only in the range greater than 50 but less than 200)
2Target feedback value for the potentiometer -G92- (calculated by the operating and display unit for air conditioner/Climatronic -E87-)
l  Display range 5 ... 250
3Potentiometer -G92- value ascertained during “basic setting” and saved in the operating and display unit for air conditioner/Climatronic -E87- with the positioning motor in the “heating stop” position (the temperature flap directs the air flow through the heat exchanger)
l  Display value greater than “5” and less than “50”
4Potentiometer -G92- value ascertained during “basic setting” and saved in the operating and display unit for air conditioner/Climatronic -E87- with the positioning motor in the “cooling stop” position (the temperature flap directs the air flow past the heat exchanger)
l  Display value greater than “200” and less than “250”

  Note
t  If the feedback value in display zone “1” is less than “ 5” (short circuit) or greater than “250” (open circuit), perform an electrical check → Chapter.
t  The actual feedback value (between 5 and 50 as well as between 200 and 250) is specified as the permissible tolerance range for the stop on the positioning motor or flap in the operating and display unit for air conditioner/Climatronic -E87-.
t  If a value is determined in the basic setting that is above or below the permitted adaption value (learned value), the fault “adaption limit exceeded” is entered in the fault memory and “30” or “230” are displayed as substitute values in the measured value block display zones “3” and “4” for this positioning motor.
t  If the display values in display zones “3” or “4” are outside the permissible range → Chapter. (Fault table)
