t  Universal dial gauge bracket -VW 387-
t  Dial gauge
Test sequence
l  Camshafts removed.
l  Roller rocker fingers removed.
  W00-0037
–  Fit camshafts in cylinder head and secure with outer bearing caps -arrows-.
–  Attach dial gauge bracket -VW 387- with dial gauge to cylinder head:
Wear limit for inlet and exhaust camshaft.
l  Axial clearance: max. 0.20 mm
