Cooling system   WARNING Hot steam or hot coolant can escape when expansion tank is opened; cover filler cap with cloth and open carefully.   Note t  The cooling system is under pressure when the engine is hot. If necessary, relieve pressure before commencing repair work. t  When installing coolant hoses, position them so they are free of tension and do not come into contact with other components. t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue. t  The arrow markings on coolant pipes and on ends of hoses must align.
