1 - Radiator
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   If renewed, change coolant in entire system
q   With ATF cooler on vehicles with automatic gearbox
2 - Securing clip
3 - Rubber mounting
4 - O-ring
q   Renew if damaged
5 - Coolant hose (bottom)
q   Secured to radiator with retaining clip
q   Check that it is securely seated
q   Diagram of coolant hose connections → Chapter
6 - Retaining clip
q   For thermal switch in coolant hose
7 - O-ring
q   Renew if damaged
8 - Radiator fan thermal switch -F18-
q   Switching temperatures: Stage 1 on: 92 ... 97 °C/ off: 84 ... 91 °C
q   Switching temperatures: Stage 2 on: 99 ... 105 °C/ off: 91 ... 98 °C
q   Tighten to 35 Nm
9 - Securing bolt, 2 Nm
10 - 10 Nm
11 - Fan ring
q   Clipped into air cowl and secured with securing bolt → Item
12 - Electrical connector
13 - Radiator fan -V7-
q   Checking → Chapter
14 - Rubber washer
15 - Coolant drain plug, 10 Nm
16 - Coolant hose (top)
q   Secured to radiator with retaining clip
q   Check that it is securely seated
q   Diagram of coolant hose connections → Chapter
